Sponsorships
General Sponsorship - $1,000
Participation in the WCMG Conference is an excellent way for affinity partners and vendors to reach dozens of decision makers from universities all over the western United States in one easy step.
With the purchase of a General Sponsorship, you will receive the following benefits at the February 2009 conference:
• Prime placement in conference materials:
-We will include your company logo and any relevant contact information in the attendee binder along with one page of information (supplied by you) about your company and its products
-Your company logo and a link to your website will be listed on the sponsor page of the WCMG website
• The chance to introduce yourself and your company to attendees at an afternoon session on Wednesday, February 3 - Following the introductions, conference attendees and sponsors will take a break together for conversation, refreshments and (weather permitting, bocce ball).
• The opportunity to table and interact with attendees at the sponsor reception on Wednesday, February 3.
-All attendees will be strongly encouraged to speak with every sponsor during the reception which will last approximately 1.5 hours; there will even be a raffle prizes for those attendees who visit every sponsor table.
• Dinner with attendees immediately after the sponsor reception (approximately 2 hours) and the opportunity to provide room gifts that we will distribute for you
Schedule for Wednesday, February 3
2 p.m. - Sponsors check in with SJSU Alumni Association staff at Hotel Montgomery, 211 S. First Street
3 p.m. - Sponsor Introductions and break with attendees *Bocce Ball, weather permitting*
5 p.m. - Sponsors can begin setting up booths at the San Jose City Hall Rotunda - 200 E. Santa Clara Street (a comfortable six block walk from the hotel)
6-9 p.m. - Sponsor Fair, Reception and Dinner
• General sponsorship covers two company representatives. If you would like to bring more, please contact Brian Bates (contact information below) to discuss any additional charges necessary to cover meals.
Once you indicate your sponsorship on the registration form, you will be required to submit payment information. You may pay by credit card or check. If you select to pay by check, please send your check payable to SJSU Alumni Association to:

If we do not receive your payment by Jan. 11, we will mail you an invoice. Payment is due before the conference begins on Feb. 2!
Your sponsorship does not include lodging for your attendees. Please contact the Hotel Montgomery to make reservations. Be sure to mention the West Coast Marketing Group to get the discounted room rate.
