This course will cover the basic functionality of Residential Grid Tied Solar PV systems. Gallagher will cover how these systems work, how to find the optimal design, and who can benefit from installation. The course will also provide an overview of some common system installation costs, savings and return on investment analysis. There will also be a discussion on the industry as it stands today, the forecast for future expansion and the impact the Solar industry will have on both the environment and business in general.
Presenter Biography: Mike Gallagher has a B.S. in Business Administration and currently works as a Solar Energy Consultant for REC Solar.
Mike has an extensive background in Residential and Small commercial Solar PV Sales. This includes the complete design, quotation, and financial investment analysis of these systems and consultation on investment decisions of customers. He has also been directly involved with building over 1MW of Residential & Small Commercial Solar systems.
