Classes Without Quizzes: Presentation Submission
Who?
The Alumni Association is looking for outstanding instructors! If you are passionate about what you do, we are recruiting dynamic presenters for this year’s Classes Without Quizzes. This event is an opportunity to showcase your talent, creativity and outside interests to SJSU alumni, friends and the community.
What?
The kick-off event for homecoming week, Classes without Quizzes will take place at SJSU and is open for anyone to attend. Whether it be salsa dancing or an in depth look at dinosaurs, this event is designed to highlight your knowledge and enthusiasm, so be creative.
When?
The event will take place from 9 a.m. to 12:20 on Saturday, October 3; a picnic lunch for all will follow. Registration will begin at 9 a.m. followed by three 50-minute sessions (9:30 – 10:20 a.m., 10:30 – 11:20 a.m., and 11:30 a.m. – 12:20 p.m.). If you would like to present more than one session, please fill out a separate form for each session.
Why?
Showcase you knowledge. Last year, Classes Without Quizzes had over 400 participants! Also, this is a great way to show your Spartan Pride!
Submission Procedures:
- Complete the form below by Friday, May 22.
- Presenters will be notified of their selection to participate by Thursday, May 28.
- Welcome packets, including: Classroom assignments, presentation times and additional instructions will be sent to presenters by Thursday, September 25.
- Classes Without Quizzes! Saturday, October 3.
