"As the state continues to face economic challenges, it will become a critical need for the Alumni Association to challenge our community to actively participate in the expansion of our scholarship programs so students will have a chance to go to (and stay in) college.
“An education is the pathway to opportunities to create change and as SJSU alumni, we know the value of a college education. It is my hope to see our organization provide more resources to our students by way of mentoring and programming that will prepare our new graduates for the working world and am eager to engage our graduates in the collaboration."
